We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusion Manager to join our team at Jackie Wilsher Staff Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour in the Internal Suspension Room (ISR).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and maintain high standards of learning and behaviour in the ISR.
  • Create and host behavioural mentoring/intervention groups to support students' behaviour and engagement.
  • Ensure students have access to high-quality learning whilst in the ISR, liaising with staff to ensure work is updated and relevant.
  • Provide skilled support to students within a designated caseload, including mentoring, target setting, review meetings, lesson visits, and group work.
  • Monitor the progress of students with inclusion strategies, reporting on attendance, attitude to learning, and progress/attainment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant education sector.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management and learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external agencies.
