About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team at the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. As a Dental Health Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care to patients through telephone triage.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake dental triage utilizing clinical software systems to ensure accurate documentation of patient episodes.
- Provide concise and relevant advice to callers with dental symptoms, enabling access to relevant health services.
- Participate in intensive induction training and ongoing professional development to continually update and improve skills.
- Share best practices and knowledge within the dental team, identifying sources of information.
- Ensure ongoing personal and professional development, participating in personal development reviews.
