About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating dental nurse activities, leading infection prevention and control, and providing clinical support to clinicians in a range of settings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise dental nurse activities and infection control within the CDS
  • Report any concerns regarding infection control to the Clinical Lead/Operations Manager
  • Provide clinical support to CDS clinicians in fixed clinics, hospital GA lists, domiciliary dental care, and other settings
  • Support other clinicians and dental nurses, and communicate with carers of vulnerable people to improve patient care

Requirements

  • Registered with GDC
  • Qualified Dental Nurse
  • Experience with Sedation or GA
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills
  • IPC Experience
