Job Overview:

As an Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist at Sheffield Childrens NHS Foundation Trust, you will be working in the Special Schools Team at Sheffield Childrens Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your physiotherapy career within a dedicated childrens hospital.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team. You will be required to provide a highly specialised service that includes the assessment, treatment and management of children and adolescents with a range of chronic, complex and life limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice to other inter-agency professional staff
  • Provide clinical education and training to others
  • Take a lead role in the management of cases, more complex and difficult, with a multi-disciplinary team approach

Person Specification:

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:

Essential:

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • HCPC registered
  • Degree In Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Significant and relevant experience in neurodisability
