About the Role

Hire STEM Women is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, managing relationships with universities and external societies, and supporting the growth of our candidate and employer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling programs and managing events calendars
  • Manage relationships with universities and external societies, including the Campus Ambassador program
  • Support the growth of candidate and employer partnerships, including business development and marketing efforts
  • Assist with creating digital materials and delivering presentations
  • Participate in coaching activities and training programs to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning, written, and verbal
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Understanding of recruitment and diversity within STEM, with 3-6 months of previous experience ideal
