Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team based in Sunbury, Surrey. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity reporting into our Site Lead and will be based on site.
Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education. We are fortunate to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent working within our teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Catering Site lead to implement the new food programme and ensure its successful execution.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, focusing on people development and engagement.
- Ensure the maintenance of RRP as per company policy and that the tariff in all areas meets client and company requirements.
- Implement schemes, including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, adhering to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
- Develop strong commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to achieve the highest financial return.
- Coordinate others to ensure all daily paper and computer work is complete, and inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and on time.
- Experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environment.
- Proven track record in high-volume commercial operations and delivering budgeted profit levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
