Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the driving and industrial sector, building relationships with clients, and securing new contracts. You will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
• Proven experience working within the driving and industrial recruitment sector
• Experience working with KPIs and hitting targets
• Target driven and motivated by personal success
• Excellent communication and sales skills

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum, with an attractive commission structure that rewards performance. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including early finish Fridays, birthday day off, and regular staff incentives and bonuses.
