Job Title: Sales Manager - Honda Clitheroe

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Honda store in Clitheroe. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of Sales Executives to deliver excellent customer outcomes and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and consistently high customer satisfaction index scores.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, with main dealership experience.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality and quantity goals.
  • A calm and professional manner.
