Social Media Manager

Muc-Off is a leading global brand in the bicycle and motorcycle markets, known for its innovative approach to life. With a strong presence in the cycling community, we're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and creative individual to manage our social media channels, develop engaging content strategies, and deliver the brand's tone of voice across all owned channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll contribute to the overall marketing strategy, monitor competitor activity, and provide monthly KPI reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all Muc-Off social media channels
- Develop and deliver channel-specific content strategies
- Deliver the brand tone of voice across all owned channels
- Write clear, concise design and creative briefs
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy to drive website traffic and increase conversions
- Monitor competitor social activity and report on key insights
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, technological updates, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages across all channels
- Provide monthly KPI reports for key stakeholders
- Activate global events through social channels, with occasional event attendance required
- Liaise with external agencies, brand partners, and distributors/retailers on social activation topics
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective social campaigns
- Good knowledge and understanding of the bicycle and powersports industries on a global basis
- Demonstrable strong understanding of emerging social media trends
- A positive 'glass half full' outlook
- Highly organized and structured approach
- Team orientation
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment
- Excellent IT skills, including social planning and evaluation tools
- Willingness to be the voice of social media 7 days a week
