About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Bowes Lyon Court. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the security of the development and ensure the safety and well-being of residents
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and engagement among residents
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care or support environment
  • Excellent care skills and knowledge of care standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
