**About the Role**

We are seeking a professional Duty Manager to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the security of the development and ensure the safety and wellbeing of homeowners
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams and ensure they are providing high-quality care
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the development
