Apprentice Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Adecco UK LTD. As an Apprentice Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting debts from company debtors, ensuring timely collection, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and collect debts from a portfolio of customers
- Ensure timely collection of debts and maintain accurate records
- Negotiate and prepare repayment plans with customers
- Process reconciliations and clean up customer accounts
- Book incoming customer payments in multiple currencies and ensure daily allocation and reconciliation
- Process month-end bank reconciliations and prepare customer statements
- Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to internal and external queries promptly
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis work for the wider finance team
- Have a good working knowledge of AX Dynamics and/or SAP
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar credit control team/AR environment
- A competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A full-time role with a dedicated team committed to achieving exceptional results
