We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Professional to join our team at The CLR Group. This exciting opportunity will allow you to capitalize on your exceptional business acumen and land sourcing expertise.

About the Role:

This Land Consultant position is an ideal chance for a driven individual to expand their skills in the land acquisition sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and negotiating deals that drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire new land deals to fuel business growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation
  • Conduct site visits and property evaluations to assess potential deals
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to secure optimal terms
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You must be highly ambitious and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in this role
  • A proven ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Benefits and Salary:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum
  • The opportunity to earn up to £40,000 in OTE commission (OTE - On-Target Earnings) in the first year
