HW Global is expanding its research team in Leeds and invites applications for a Recruitment Assistant/Researcher role. As a member of our research team, you will work closely with senior consultants and partners to deliver C-level search projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on candidates and clients, as well as relevant market trends.
  • Liaise with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria and arrange candidate interviews.
  • Source new candidates through networking, research, and databases, as well as core headhunting.
  • Manage all associated administration, documentation, and reporting related to searches.
  • Keep up-to-date with market developments and identify client opportunities.

Requirements

  • Research and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately and effectively in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate research findings and engage with senior candidates and clients.
  • Basic administrative experience, with training provided on reporting software and research systems.
  • High motivation, ambition, natural people skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
