About the Role

A prestigious clinic in Mayfair is seeking a highly motivated and driven Aesthetic Therapist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and care, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.

The Aesthetic Therapist will be responsible for conducting consultations, assessing patient needs, and developing personalized treatment plans.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, high energy output, and a proactive approach to client service and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations and assess patient needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform advanced skin and body treatments using the latest technology to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the doctor to monitor, assess, and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Establish strong client relationships and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve clinic operations.
  • Drive sales and contribute ideas for business growth.
  • Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and front of house.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, ideally within a 5* establishment.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
  • Deep knowledge of anti-ageing treatments and ability to combine skincare and device therapies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide clear, professional advice.
  • A genuine passion for the industry and staying informed on the latest aesthetic trends.
  • Skilled at building lasting client relationships and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Takes the initiative and works to ensure exceptionally high standards.

Package:

£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

10% commission on all treatments, with the potential to achieve a total annual income of £60,000 to £80,000
