We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment. As a Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the wholesale strategy for the category across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the wholesale strategy for the category across the UK and Europe
- Coach, develop, and manage the sales team
- Report directly to the Sales Director
- Have full ownership of the category's order books, sample management, loss and recovery, profit and loss, and the reporting structure
Requirements:
- Previous wholesale sales management experience working for a premium, heritage, or high-end luxury brand
- Proven track record in developing accounts and driving sales
- Exceptional sales and people management, strategy and planning, organisational, and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of denim and premium fashion wholesale markets across the UK and Europe
- Results and data-driven with a full UK driving license
