Job Summary

A global bonus management role supporting PA's short-term incentives. The successful candidate will have experience working with complex numerical data, identifying and communicating key themes, concerns and insights to a wide range of stakeholders.

About the Role

PA Consulting's global reward team seeks an experienced and skilled professional to manage the company's bonus process. The candidate will be responsible for project managing PA's global bonus process, engaging senior stakeholders on the bonus process, conducting analysis to review bonus plans and develop initiatives to improve them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage PA's global bonus process to deliver timely and accurate payment of bonuses.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage senior stakeholders on the bonus process.
  • Analysis and Development: Conduct analysis to review bonus plans and develop initiatives to improve them.
  • Support: Support wider reward projects, for example, base pay and benefits.
  • Reporting: Produce regular management information reports.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with complex numerical data, identifying, and communicating key themes, concerns and insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, ideally of cyclical reward processes.
  • Experience in or significant exposure to an international reward team.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, with a strong foundation in the principles of data management and accuracy.
  • Aptitude for the running of mathematical models across large datasets, ensuring consistency and attention to detail throughout.
  • Experience with databases, and an aptitude for learning and understanding technical applications and tools, including bespoke IT systems.
  • Experience of actively engaging & advising stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage conflicting demands, shifting priorities and demanding time schedules whilst applying high attention to detail.
  • Degree in a numerate subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Determined, proactive and flexible approach.
  • Tact and integrity.
