The post holder will lead a regional team of lecturers, coordinators, and educational specialists in delivering improvements to the learner and core training experience. They will ensure all learners, lecturer practitioners, specialist lecturer practitioners, and coordinators have access to extensive and equitable support and guidance Trust-wide. This role will be a key enabler of robust quality assurance strategy and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure regulatory frameworks are embedded within related programmes.

Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities

There will be close partnership with other Education Managers to deliver the educational provision and monitor related key performance indicators for this portfolio – ultimately providing assurance to the Deputies, Head of Department, and wider Directorate team as a subject matter expert.
