About the Role

Bespak is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at our Kings Lynn site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the effective maintenance of our equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular PPM reviews using data analysis from our CCMS system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training plans for direct reports to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Set goals and objectives to support business site KPI targets and ensure the maintenance team is aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Level 4 technical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, with experience of leading a team of maintenance engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and HSE best practices.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
