Personal Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with daily living activities, personal care, and food preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support.
About the JobThe role of a Support Worker is diverse and requires strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting customers with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and personal care
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, interventions, and incidents
- Participating in staff development programs and undertaking mandatory training relevant to the service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to achieve shared goals
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Salary: £23,893 - £24,702 per annum
- Working hours: 37 hours per week
