About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Excellence Lead to join our team, responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of engineering projects. As a key member of our programme management office, you will define and implement the engineering delivery strategy, manage interfaces with stakeholders, and plan activities to meet contract schedules.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience in successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge of naval products and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel objectives are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the engineering delivery strategy to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage interfaces with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Plan and prioritise activities to meet contract schedules, costs, and quality requirements.
  • Lead high-performing engineering teams to generate innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
