Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Repair Engineer to join our team at our facility in Aldridge. As a successful and rapidly expanding company, we pride ourselves on technical excellence and customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Independently repair and maintain complex electronic equipment, with occasional team collaboration.
  • Develop and apply a genuine enthusiasm for electronics to drive success in this role, given the diverse nature of the equipment.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of electronic circuitry and systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Utilize soldering skills to assemble and repair electronic components.
  • Conduct fault finding to component level, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reverse engineer electronic circuits to understand and repair complex systems.
  • Operate test equipment, including test meters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes, to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Hold a recognized electronic qualification that meets the job specification.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC Machine Tooling systems.
  • PLC programming.
  • PCB design and assembly.
  • HMI PLC and HMI PC experience.
  • Industrial computer systems.
  • Servo drives and AC/DC drives.
