Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Listers Mercedes-Benz in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established dealership and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing customer support through multiple communication channels
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating systems accordingly
- Contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. You will also need to be proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Working Hours and Salary
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. You will also be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, paid as overtime. The estimated salary for this role is around £27,000 per annum, plus benefits.
