Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to our Reception students, based on the National Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to Reception students, using a topic-based curriculum.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to Reception students to encourage growth and development.
  • Create a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on Reception student progress.
  • Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
