Reception Teacher Position

Wayman Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reception teacher to join our team in a 'Good' primary school in Aylesbury, Southeast England.
About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a proven track record of teaching Reception in a primary school setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective classes to Reception students based on the National Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to Reception students
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to Reception students to encourage growth and development
- Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
- Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on Reception student progress
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Reception in a primary school setting
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and how to tailor instruction to meet its requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to providing high-quality education to children
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments and schools
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
