Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Professional to join our Connells Group Lettings Training & Development Team, covering the South region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others succeed and a desire to play a key role in developing future talent within the UK's largest property services group.

About the Role:

This role involves delivering a variety of training and development programmes for negotiators, listers, and managers across Connells, Sequence, and Countrywide. You will provide specific business-focused lettings courses, helping our teams achieve their full potential. We pride ourselves on developing great trainers, so prior training experience is not necessary – just your hunger to help others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions, including new starter induction programmes, and on-going skills development
  • Work closely with Training & Development colleagues, as well as business teams, to deliver training and development solutions that enable improved performance of our people and ultimately of our business
  • Engage with and manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout your business area to ensure that all training is delivered to the highest standard
  • Contribute to creating or updating relevant training materials, including workbooks and learning programmes to ensure they remain current and fit for purpose
  • Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes and outputs
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness of industry regulations and requirements, and market trends, ensuring they are reflected in any training and development programmes delivered
  • Attend relevant meetings to support the Area/Regional Directors in the development of their people

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings or property management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach individuals in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
