Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TXM Recruit. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting fixed wire testing and completing laptop-based EICRs (electrical installation condition reports) in commercial properties across the Guildford area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting fixed wire testing and completing EICRs
  • Completing emergency light testing and remedial work, including socket, light, and switch changes
  • General electrical maintenance within commercial buildings

The successful candidate will have an 18th edition qualification, 2391 or equivalent, and an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 with on-target earnings reaching up to £45,000 per year, as well as a company van, fuel card, holiday allowance, and pension contribution.
