Job Description:

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves providing personalized support and care to individuals in their own homes or residential settings.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, administering medication, and enabling service users to achieve independence in accordance with their care plan.
