We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join our team at Big Fish Little Fish in Wath Upon Dearne. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of finance administration, including Sage management, generating invoices, processing payments, and managing finance reports.

Your primary duties will include daily updates of an internal cash flow spreadsheet, posting receipts to Sage 50 Accounts, and maintaining a filing structure for all invoices. You will also be required to handle supplier calls regarding invoices and payments, process payments and refunds into the customer relations manager system, and manage payment plans.

Essential Skills:
  • Sage 50 Accounts management experience
  • Finance administration background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Numerical literacy
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a part-time permanent position with potential for full-time increase. We offer a competitive salary of £21,500 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
