We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Partner to lead our corporate tax advisory function and drive the firm's strategic vision. As a key player in the industry, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex tax issues, developing and executing tax strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the tax advisory function, focusing on corporate tax, and drive the firm's strategic vision
- Provide expert advice on complex tax issues, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service
- Develop and execute tax strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the firm's services remain cutting-edge and compliant

Requirements- Extensive experience in corporate tax, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, with deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest level
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value and driving business growth
- Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Competitive salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
