Are you a seasoned tax professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a transactional tax manager to join our team at Creative Tax Recruitment.
The role involves working within our tax advisory service team, providing support for complex tax matters and working on one-off tax advisory projects. These projects can be wide-ranging in nature, but fundamentally, you'll be helping senior managers, directors, partners, and the firm at large deliver projects to the highest possible standards.
You'll be working on a wide range of projects for our extensive portfolio of clients, including transactions, restructuring, corporate, and financing projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in preparing tax due diligence reports, providing tax input during the valuation process, and reviewing transaction legal documents, warranties, and tax deeds.
We're looking for someone with significant experience working on corporate matters, such as taxation, structuring, and transactions. If you're passionate about tax and want to take control of your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax advisory services to clients on complex transactions, restructuring, and corporate matters
- Prepare tax due diligence reports and provide tax input during the valuation process
- Review transaction legal documents, warranties, and tax deeds
- Work on one-off tax advisory projects and provide support for complex tax matters
