Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a variety of matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and LPAs. You will manage your own caseload, provide expert legal advice, and ensure the highest standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estate Planning and Administration
    • Provide comprehensive advice to clients on estate planning, wills, and the management of trusts.
    • Oversee probate and estate administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Legal Document Drafting and Review
    • Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, ensuring timely, accurate handling, and meeting all necessary legal standards.
  • Client Relationships and Communication
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Research and Compliance
    • Conduct thorough legal research to stay informed on the latest relevant legislation.
    • Ensure all activities and documentation comply with current legal standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • You must be a qualified Solicitor for this position.
  • Proven experience in private client-related matters.
  • Experience in conveyancing would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
