We are seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Manager to lead our training efforts for Business Central in London. With your expertise, you will facilitate and deliver high-quality training programs, develop training materials, and assist with the overall training strategy.

This is an initial 3-month contract based at various sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Business Central users
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in training development and delivery for software applications, specifically Business Central
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to analyze complex information and create clear, concise training materials
  • Proven track record of success in training operations management
