We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to join our team in either Bristol or Edinburgh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a large-scale financial services organization with a strong focus on internal growth and professional development.

This position requires prior experience in financial services and a deep understanding of industry trends. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop business solutions, and communicate effectively through documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements
  • Apply analytical tools and techniques to drive business solutions
  • Monitor regulatory changes and adjust business processes
  • Prepare clear documentation for stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data analysis and visualization expertise
  • Project management knowledge
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Negotiation and influence skills

Our Benefits Package Includes:

  • Salary range £60,000 - £75,000
