Job Title: Senior Void Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Oxford Area

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (+ Company van/Fuel Card provided & Tool Allowance)

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for out of hours calls)

As a Senior Void Supervisor with ARC Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of void specialists in managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all void properties are brought back to a habitable state, ready for re-letting or sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the void team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Conduct site visits to assess property condition and identify necessary repairs
  • Develop and implement repair plans to bring properties back to a habitable state
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in void management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as required
