Job Title: Senior Void Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Void Supervisor to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a Senior Void Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and delivering void homes, handling domestic repairs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform responsive repairs in housing association properties and communal areas.
  • Supervise works and coordinate contractors as required.
  • Handle calls made after hours on a regular basis.
  • Manage and maintain void properties.
  • In office work is also required.
Requirements:
  • 18th Edition Certified or City & Guild Qualification.
  • SMSTS OR SSSTS Required & First Aid.
  • Manual Handling and Asbestos Removal - Desirable but not essential.
  • NVQ or City and Guilds recognised in at least one trade.
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Five years or more of experience in a similar position will be beneficial.
