About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Mentor to join our team at London South East Colleges. As a Learning and Development Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students and staff in the Learning Centre, providing study skills and information retrieval skills support, and accessibility technology support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group study skills sessions to students
  • Develop and maintain resources to support student learning
  • Contribute to the development of e-learning strategies and resources
  • Promote the Learning Centre service to students and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a library environment or a learning support role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong digital skills
  • Sound administration skills and experience of using Library Management Systems
