Infrastructure Development Specialist

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Civil Engineering Contractor.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing commercial activities, including preparing internal reports, valuations, and cost estimates. They will also manage subcontractor relationships, procurement schedules, and final account agreements. Proficiency in NEC 3 Option A Contract experience and CEMAR software is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare internal commercial reports and valuations
- Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement schedules
- Administer final account agreements and maintain associated registers
- Relevant industry qualification
- General civil engineering experience
- Commercially astute with knowledge of standard forms of contract and methods of measurement
The role comes with a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package includes:
