About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to lead our Estate Agency team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our Spicerhaart Group Ltd. team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Estate Agents, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business development opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation related to Estate Agency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
