Reception Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join our team at a Good two-form entry primary school in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As a Reception Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and contributing to a supportive and exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum
- Establish and maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Evaluate each child's progress and adapt the curriculum accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of each student's development
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops
- Ensure the health and safety of all students are maintained at all times
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
- Knowledge of Reception Curriculum and pedagogy
- Experience working in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals
- Passion and commitment to children's education
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent relationship-building skills
