Head of Direct Sales Job Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Head of Direct Sales to join our client's team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures, as well as motivating sales teams to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a B2C sales management role, with the ability to communicate all company policy and procedures to partners, vendors, and distributors.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Communicate company policy and procedures to partners, vendors, and distributors.
