We are working with our South Yorkshire-based client, Elevation Recruitment Group, to recruit a Sales Estimator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to create precise, timely quotes that align with their project needs and specifications.
  • Identify and suggest additional products to support revenue goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with quote follow-ups, requotes, and forecast updates to streamline sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing necessary information for smooth project conversions.
  • Help the team meet and exceed departmental and personal performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Sales estimating and quoting experience, preferably in doors and windows manufacturing or construction.
  • Driven, motivated, and tenacious individual.
  • Experience using CRMs.
  • Ability to provide a consultative approach to each customer.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
