Credit Underwriter Specialist

Kuflink is a leading player in the bridging finance industry, with ambitious plans for growth. We are seeking an experienced Credit Underwriter to play a key role in our success.

This is an office-based position in Gravesend, Kent. As a Bridging Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting applications, ensuring effective risk management, and delivering high-quality service to intermediaries.

You will:

• Liaise with valuers, solicitors, and intermediaries as required;
• Ensure all client files are complete and up-to-date;
• Verify that all business complies with Kuflink's lending criteria;
• Report any underwriting concerns to the Senior Underwriter;
• Coordinate the submission and return of application documentation to brokers;
• Conduct comparable research on properties;
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Analytical and methodical thinking skills;
• A desire to learn and progress within the company;
• Previous experience in underwriting for bridging finance.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
