We're a vibrant neighbourhood pub in the heart of Cambridge, serving up freshly made artisan pizzas, comfort food, and a wide selection of beers. Our team is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our guests, and we're looking for a talented General Manager to lead the way.

Your Role

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of the pub, ensuring that our front and back of house standards are consistently high. You'll lead a motivated team, delivering against key measures of sales, profit, and team retention while maintaining a fun and supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pub's operations, maintaining high standards of food and drink delivery
  • Lead a team of staff, ensuring excellent guest care and exceeding expectations
  • Deliver against key performance indicators, including sales, profit, and team retention
  • Conduct regular stock control and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a motivated team, identifying talent and ensuring succession
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an energetic and vibrant individual with a natural flair for hospitality and leadership. You'll have previous General Management experience, ideally in a gastro or high-quality fresh food environment, and a solid base of operational and back-office management skills. You'll be able to lead from the front, develop and train the team, and drive results-driven performance.
