Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Property Care department. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, financial management, resource planning, administration, and fleet management, while driving IT and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Lead resource planning and administration to ensure seamless department operations
- Oversee fleet management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive IT and process improvements to enhance department efficiency and productivity
- Proven experience in commercial management, procurement, and financial management
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive process improvements
