We are currently seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer to lead our software engineers and work on the development of Cyber and Information Assurance projects. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing software requirements, high-level architecture design, low-level detailed design, implementation, test, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse software requirements and develop high-level architecture designs
  • Design and implement low-level details, test, and integrate software components
  • Lead and mentor software engineers in the development of Cyber and Information Assurance projects

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Full life-cycle software development experience
  • Recent experience using C or C++ in embedded applications
  • Sole British Nationality and UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • Scripting expertise with bash, python, or similar
  • Proven experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and programming skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
