Role: SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Shropshire

Salary: £83.85 - £95 per day

Protocol Education is working in partnership with several multi-academy trusts in the area to provide the highest quality of education and pastoral care to all the schools. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with additional needs or a strong desire to work with such children. They will be able to follow EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) or other educational plans designed to cater to individual learning needs.

The successful candidate will be able to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of every child. They will demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding to support students' diverse learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs in a classroom setting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with additional needs or a strong desire to work with such children
