We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your knowledge of non-diluted funding and capital accounting to drive business growth.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £52,500 per annum.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing capital accounting entries and reconciliations.

You will also analyze and report on capital adequacy, non-diluted funding, and risk management metrics.

Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of regulatory returns and financial statements, support internal and external audits, and work closely with senior management to monitor and manage capital funding strategies.

Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  2. Strong understanding of non-diluted funding and its application in capital management.
  3. Experience with credit ratings and their relevance to capital management.
  4. Proven experience in capital accounting, regulatory reporting, or financial analysis.
  5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
