**Job Overview**

Rentokil Initial is a leading business services company in the UK, part of the FTSE100 organisation. We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Officer to join our established team in Crawley.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyse spend data to identify cost savings and efficiencies across all Rentokil Initial businesses
* Manage key suppliers under contracts
* Support the Waste and Procurement Manager on projects and activities
* Provide day-to-day supplier management on key suppliers
* Drive sustainable and ethical procurement strategies
* Run tenders and informal market pricing benchmarking where appropriate
* Manage internal processes related to data gathering
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

**Requirements**

To be considered for the Procurement Officer role, you will ideally have the following:

* 1 year minimum previous procurement experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong analytical skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
* Confidence and the ability to handle difficult conversations
* Strong people skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport and communicate with people at all levels
