We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Culinary Director to lead our catering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

As part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the preparation and cooking of food to ensure the company's reputation for quality is enhanced. You will also adopt a hands-on approach, taking responsibility for food production covering all employee dining and extensive pop-ups.

The successful candidate will possess an exceptional drive for quality and innovation, with a strong focus on food safety, health, and safety, and COSHH. They will also be required to implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgets.

The estimated salary for this role is £34,881.60 per annum.
